Ballet is one of those subjects which is very bitter sweet. It can look great, but it really takes lots of work. This class, similar to the yoga class could be for people of all ages and of beginning or intermediate level. Also similar to yoga this class would focus more on placement, healthy ballet, technique, stretch, and strength rather than learning lots of movements and combinations. This would be ballet as a tool with which to prepare for dance. I would be using Russian ballet style which is different than French or American. Also worth mentioning is that this class would benefit from meeting more than once a week.
