There are lots of types of yoga, such as hatha, acro, arial, or ashtanga. I would be teaching hatha yoga, which is the least extreme of the forms. It contains lots of the poses, crow, downward and upward dog, cat, cobra, dove, scorpion, and so on. But my focus would be less of a pose specific approach but more of body-consciousness approach. Basically using yoga to align, stretch, and strengthen the body, eventually to be a preparation for dancing. Similar to pilates but more based on flexibility. I would be interested in teaching yoga to people of all ages and to people who are beginners or have some experience.
